Policy for Returns and Refunds
Our goal at Mevachoice is to provide the freshest possible dry fruits and snacks. However, we have a customer-friendly return and refund policy in case you are not happy with your purchase.

Product Issue & Delivery Policy

Please notify us within three days of delivery (Delivery Date + 2 days) if you receive a product that is damaged, inaccurate, or defective.

  • This window of time is crucial for us to work with our delivery partner and get the Proof of Delivery (POD) needed to fulfill your request.
  • 📌 Since courier partners don’t supply POD after the allotted time, requests sent after this point could not be eligible for resolution.

To report a problem, please get in touch with:

  • Order Number
  • Clear pictures or videos of the item
  •  An explanation of the problem
  • We sincerely value your collaboration and comprehension.

Return Guidelines :

The following situations allow you to return the item within two days after delivery:

  • The product leaks, spoils, or is damaged in transit.
  • The item that was ordered does not match the one that was received.
  • The packing or amount is off.
  •  Within 2 days of receiving the merchandise, please contact our customer service staff with your order ID, pictures of the item, and a brief explanation of the problem to start the return process.

Procedure for Refunds

Following approval of the return request:

  • We’ll set up a product pickup in reverse.
  • A reimbursement in the form of a discount coupon equal to the cost of the returned item will be given following examination.
  • The voucher can be applied to any subsequent purchases made at www.mevachoice.com.
    Take note: The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable state.

Items That Are Not Returnable

  • Items bought during special promotions or on clearance.
  • After two days of delivery, items were returned.
  • Items that have been tampered with or partially consumed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled up to two hours after they are placed. Following that, the order is deemed confirmed and will be prepared for shipping.
  • Only if the product hasn’t been dispatched will an order cancellation request be approved.
  • Only you are eligible for a complete refund of the entire price if a cancellation request is approved. • If a customer cancels a prepaid order after it has been processed, they will only receive a 50% refund.
  • If a COD order is cancelled with a partial or prepaid advance, the advance amount is not refundable.
