Time Spent Processing Orders
To guarantee optimal freshness and quality, Mevachoice only packs its items immediately after receiving your purchase.
- The order preparation process takes two to three working days.
Orders may be cancelled up to two hours after they are placed. Following that, the order is deemed confirmed and will be prepared for shipping. - Once an order is placed, it can only be changed until it is unfulfilled; once it is fulfilled, it cannot be changed.
- With the assistance of third-party courier services like Bluedart, E-kart, Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc., your purchases are safely packed and shipped from our warehouse within the following one to two working days.
Shipping Timeline
Depending on your location, our courier partners strive to deliver your package within 5-7 working days of shipment.
Deliveries are made from 9 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.
Please be aware that unanticipated circumstances like bad weather, strikes, or courier delays may cause delivery schedules to change.
Delivery Attempts & Returns
- Our courier partner will make up to three (3) delivery attempts if they are unable to deliver your order because you are not accessible at the time of delivery.
- The order will be automatically returned to us if it is still not delivered after three attempts.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed after the two-way shipping costs are subtracted.
- If a partial COD (cash on delivery) order is returned undelivered, the prepaid amount will not be reimbursed.
